Kristopher Leising Allentown NY Death: With deep sorrow and unimaginable heartbreak, we announce the passing of two beautiful souls: Bonnie Leising, who left us on April 10th after a long battle with health issues, and her beloved son Kristopher Leising, who passed away unexpectedly just days later. Words can hardly express the weight of this loss, felt so deeply by their family, friends, and all who knew and loved them.
Bonnie was a lifelong resident of Buffalo, New York, and a dedicated Dental CAD Technician at Shatkin F.I.R.S.T., where her precision, passion, and professionalism made her a highly respected and loved member of the dental community. But beyond her work, Bonnie was best known for her kindness, her warmth, and the way she lit up every room with her presence. She carried grace in every interaction and offered strength and compassion to everyone around her.
Bonnie’s love story is one for the ages. She met her husband as a junior in high school, and from that moment on, the two were inseparable. Over 52 years of marriage, they built a life grounded in love, laughter, and unwavering devotion. She was a fiercely loyal partner, a nurturing mother, and a true friend. Her family was the center of her universe, and her absence leaves a space that can never be filled.
Just days after saying goodbye to Bonnie, tragedy struck again when their son, Kristopher Leising, was found in his apartment, having passed away unexpectedly. Losing a child is a grief no parent should ever endure—especially not while already bearing the pain of losing a life partner.
Kristopher was a kind soul with a quiet strength, a generous heart, and a gentle presence. He was thoughtful, funny, and deeply devoted to his family. To know him was to love him. He was Bonnie’s pride and joy—her son, her companion, and in many ways, a reflection of the love she poured into her family. The bond between Bonnie and Kris was unshakable, and now, as heartbreaking as it is, we can take comfort in knowing they are together again, watching over their loved ones from above.
For the family left behind, including Bonnie’s husband and Kris’s father—who has endured more pain in these weeks than most face in a lifetime—there are no words that can make sense of such loss. Only love, prayers, and the support of a caring community can begin to hold the weight of this grief.
To all who knew and loved Bonnie and Kris: we invite you to remember their laughter, their love, and the legacy they leave behind. We are grateful for the memories, even as we mourn the moments we’ll never have. We find comfort in believing that their spirits are together in peace, embraced in eternal love.
Memorial service details will be announced soon. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to a local charity that supports grief counseling or mental health services, in honor of Kris and Bonnie’s lives and the importance of healing through loss.
Leising Family,

Bonnie was a shining light—devoted, wise, and warm. Her love shaped your family, and her strength carried it. Kris’s passing is a tragedy that pierces the heart. We hope it brings even the smallest comfort to believe they are reunited, embraced in love that knows no end.
May their memories be a blessing, and may you find strength in the love that surrounds you now.
